Erik Druker is responsible for supporting the data science team tasked with detecting and enforcing violations to Meta's community standards - while protecting user voice and economic freedom - across the family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger) and the Metaverse (Horizon Worlds). Scope includes AI/Automation, Human Review, Customer Experiences, and Central Measurement across content, interactions, behavior, and actor/user domains. Previously, Erik served as a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton with evolving roles over his 13 year tenure. Experiences included leading the firm's business in the St. Louis metro area, serving as a leader in the firm's AI business in support of the US Intelligence Community, founder / leader for the firm's first software product business in its 100+ year history, lead for program assessment business in support of NASA's human spaceflight portfolio, James Webb Space Telescope, and other science programs.
