Alexis earned a B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Houston, with post-graduate studies at the University of Illinois. Alexis offers free coaching for professionals negotiating better pay and benefits. In addition to her work, she serves as Chair of the United Way Women’s Leadership Society Cabinet and is on the boards of Marian Middle School and the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition.
