With a strong emphasis on customer-centric strategies, Ashley's most recent focus is on understanding and preparing organizations for the future of work through gen AI like Microsoft Copilot.


Based in St. Louis, she lives with her husband and two young boys. She gives back to the community by serving on various boards, committees and networking groups, including the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, Vistage, ECHO Collective and Greater St. Louis Inc's Investor Council, among others.
