Dave is the Senior Director for Total Quality in St. Louis, and responsible for all aspects of Quality for the Air Dominance division. Prior to this role he was the Director of Operations for St. Louis Site Integration. He was previously the Operations Director for the MQ-25 Stingray program, and has led multiple teams in BDS Operations and BDS Quality in St Louis. Before joining Boeing Defense, Dave spent 2 years leading the BCA Supplier Quality team in Southern Europe. He has previously led teams in Business Operations, 787 Customer Quality Support, and 787 Production Initiatives and is an alumni of the Enterprise Auditor Program. Dave started his career at Boeing as a Design Engineer in the Maintenance Engineering division of Commercial Aviation Services. Dave holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University. Outside of work Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids. When time allows, he enjoys outdoor activities including camping, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
