She specializes in AI deployment and training organizations in change management. She plays a prominent role in recruiting and hiring talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Her responsibilities extend to business development and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that any integration strengthens the company's overall strategy.


Erin holds a BA in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, an MA in American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, and is an MBA Forte Fellow at the Washington University Olin School of Business.
