Vice President, Missiles and Weapon Systems: led all aspects of a global $2B portfolio and drove 20% revenue growth through increased production rate and line efficiency improvements, re-start of two production lines and new global partnerships.
Vice President, Autonomous Systems: led all aspects of a $900M portfolio and increased revenue by >20% through expansion of military ISR services and the launch of commercial services.
Vice President, Phantom Works
Vice President, F-18 Programs: led all aspects of the $2.5B mainline defense product. Managed a team of 3,000 employees responsible for the development, production, and support for the F/A-18 and EA-18 aircraft systems. Achieved a perfect record on all production aircraft deliveries and significantly extended the production line through new contracts.
Vice President and Chief Engineer, Boeing Military Aircraft: Led a team of 14,000 engineers supporting all fixed wing tactical aircraft, rotorcraft, transport and tanker aircraft, and wide-body intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft.
