Rachel Opitz is the Taylor Geospatial Institute (TGI) program manager for sustainable agriculture and food security initiatives. Her work connects researchers driving innovation in geospatial technologies with teams addressing challenges across food and agricultural systems. Prior to joining TGI, Rachel spent 20 years as a researcher investigating long-term human-environment interactions through remote and near-surface sensing.
