I’m new to the official world of tech, but I am eager, willing, and hungry to learn. I LOVE and want to specialize in phones and cybersecurity, but I also want to share that knowledge with anyone ready to listen. The aspect of troubleshooting gives me anxiety and excitement, because technology is a living organism that’s constantly adapting and changing with the times. I come from a very colorful but different career background, which I believe gives me a wider range of communication and comprehension skills. I’m not afraid to ask for help, which I believe is critical in a field like Information Technology.
