St Louis has a unique community of people who support you and want you to succeed. Everything is better here and most especially the people.
What has been the most valuable resource (person, tool, organization) for helping your company grow? How did you find it? How do you utilize it?
I have outstanding support from various organizations and friends. Arch Grant for one, St Louis Mosiac Project is another one, and many more people.
What advice would you give new tech companies that are trying to navigate the current market?
Come over and ask for help. People are willing to help you.
What new practice or policy did you put into place over the pandemic that has positively impacted your company?
We created a hybrid work down. But we are back in house full time since we are a school

We are expanding our reach to doing adding more valuable programs
What is the accomplishment you are most proud to share from 2022?
We purchased our own first student housing building.
